How we maintain our resources
These resources help teachers prepare assessments, students understand exam controls, and institutions evaluate monitoring. ZYNQO publishes the library alongside its own assessment software, so product descriptions reflect a vendor’s perspective. They are not independent product reviews.
What a guide needs to offer
A useful guide should help you complete a task: rehearse a submission, interpret an alert, write a question, or decide what data to collect. It should explain limitations and give examples you can adapt. The exam readiness worksheet turns preparation into a saved, printable handoff record without requiring an account.
Sources and product checks
Technical explanations should link to the relevant library or browser documentation. Descriptions of ZYNQO should match its implementation. A source inspection can establish that an option exists; it cannot establish real-world accuracy, reliability at a particular cohort size, or accessibility on every device. Those require tests with the intended users and equipment.
We do not publish detection percentages, learning gains, customer counts or testimonials without supporting evidence. Worked examples are illustrations, not records of a school trial. A model confidence value is not a measured probability that a student cheated.
Authorship and AI assistance
Existing bylines identify the contributor credited on each guide. The About page identifies the founders. The October 2026 revisions to the monitoring and security guides were prepared with AI assistance using source-code inspection and linked documentation; their current byline is ZYNQO. They are not represented as an independent expert audit or a classroom study. The site owners remain responsible for checking and maintaining published material.
Corrections and dates
The update log records specific changes and their date. A substantive correction changes the article’s revision date. Adding a navigation link does not mean the entire article has been newly researched. Original publication dates remain distinct from revision dates.
To report an error, use the correction contact and include the page address, the disputed sentence or failing step, and a source or reproduction steps. Do not send student names, answers, passwords or camera images. Reports go by email; there is no public comment feed.
Maintenance procedure
- After a product change, identify the help pages and examples it affects.
- Verify the changed instructions and update the relevant source links and limitations.
- Check navigation, page anchors, metadata, sitemap entries and public tools before release.
- Record substantive corrections in the update log. Leave unresolved limitations visible.
This is the maintenance procedure adopted for this library. A single update does not establish a history of ongoing review. Future entries must describe work actually completed.
Legal, accessibility and assessment decisions
Privacy and accessibility articles are starting points for institutional review. They do not certify legal compliance or replace advice specific to a school, jurisdiction or student’s needs. Automated monitoring events also do not establish misconduct. The institution owns assessment decisions, accommodations and appeals.
Advertising and reader information
Some public pages include Google advertising code. Advertising is separate from the guide’s recommendations. Reading-list saves and checklist records stay in your browser; there is no public reader count or popularity score. See the privacy policy for other site services and data handling.
